"Enjoy the Moment"

With alot of tears and contemplation I have decided to be done working the end of November. I have really loved my job the last few years. From facials, waxing, and pedicures to perms, colors and cuts I dont think there is anything I would rather do. I have loved meeting and getting to know my clients. It has made me learn alot about myself and has given me alot of confidence. I will really miss it! On the flip side of that I am anxious for the new journey a head of me. This next year will be full of new events; such as an internship in Denver, Jaces graduation in July, and a job or masters program in the fall. I named this post "Enjoy the Moment" because that is something that I keep trying to remember through all this! I often get to anxious for tomorrow and forget to enjoy today! I was once told that this part of my life would be the most simple and that often people miss this stage. So with that knowledge I will enjoy it!

Living in the moment means letting go of the past and not waiting for the future. It means living your life consciously, aware that each moment you breathe is a gift.

That quote is a good one! I sometimes forget just to live for today and would rather have our entire future laid out before me. We have had a crazy year so I can relate, but the changes can be so fun and exciting! Denver is great, I am sure you will love it! There is a lot to do and tons of fun stuff for little ones! (By the way that little Jaxton is going to be a heart breaker! SO CUTE!)

Whit-

You are SOOOO right. Thank you so much for this post. I really needed to hear something like that to bring me back. I have been so busy, and I always look forward to the future. I do need to enjoy the moment with my family and not worry, stress, or be too busy to enjoy the 'now'. THANK YOU :) I expect lots of pictures since you arent too busy next year! :)
